SEND Recruitment
With our combined knowledge of recruitment and education we understand the difficulties of sourcing the dedicated, experienced and well-qualified staff that SEND settings deserve. Our unique, passionate approach to SEND recruitment means we can match vetted candidates with the desired qualifications needed for this specialism. We also offer workshops to help people to attain the skills to move into SEND.
Because of this, OurRecruit has an established specialist SEND division devoted to finding people suitable for positions within this challenging part of education.
This means we can source fully-vetted staff with SEND-specific qualifications and experiences including autism spectrum disorder, profound and multiple learning difficulties, Down’s syndrome, cerebral palsy, social emotional and mental health, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, hearing and visual impairment, and moderate learning difficulties.
